Apartment is cca 5 minutes by walking from tram station and cca 3 minutes by walking from main city road.

Near apartment you can find many bars, restaurants, pharmacy, hospital, bakery, shop with services (hairdresser, tailor, market, open market, etc.).

Apartment is full renovated and furnished for the purpose of short-term hired. The apartment has a full kitchen with dishes, dishwasher, a fridge, a cooking plate with oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, etc .. All that is necessary for guests.

The large room is used as living room and bedroom, furnished with two large beds and a sofa bed, air condition, LCD TV with cable chanels and with a laptop.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, bathtub, sink, hair dryer, etc.

In the apartment is available free WI-FI.

Use of of sheets and towels arealso included in the price.

There is an iron and ironing board available to the guests.

Heating is central.

In the apartment smoking is not allowed but is a special separate area for smokers.

The apartment is located on the 9th floor of the building with 2 elevators. Access to the building is adapted for people with special needs (wheelchair). Parking space in the vicinity of the building is free. Nearby are are situated and provided garage parking that offer services for a fee.

For visitors it`s possible to organize transfer from the airport, train or bus station with the agreement.
